We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

• The details you give us when you order or create an account: name, email, phone, delivery address and your order history.
• Messages you send through our contact form.
• A session cookie that keeps your cart and sign-in working. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your orders, send order and account emails (confirmations, shipping updates, password resets), answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — occasional news about new products.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe, for card payments), our email delivery provider, and the courier delivering your parcel. We never sell your information.

Your rights

You can see and update your details from My account, and you can ask us for a copy of, or correction to, any personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
