Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Threads of Everest through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
• You can pay by card (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details) or by bank transfer.
• Bank-transfer orders are held for 7 days awaiting payment; after that we may cancel the order and release the items.

Orders and availability

Our items are handmade in small quantities. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, we'll contact you and refund that item in full. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a pricing or stock error has occurred.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
