Shipping

• We ship to addresses within New Zealand.
• Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and free on orders over the free-shipping amount shown in your cart.
• Card orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once your payment arrives.
• We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the item price. Please contact us first with your order number and we'll let you know where to send it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

Faulty items

Our products are handmade, so small variations in weave, colour and stitching are part of their character and aren't faults. If something arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, contact us — your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 aren't affected by anything on this page, and we'll repair, replace or refund as the Act requires.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days; bank-transfer refunds are paid to the account you give us.
